The 2009 Tour de France will be launched from boulevard Albert 1er in Monaco on Saturday the 4th of July with the first stage being a 15 km time-trial course (including 7 in Monaco and 8 in France). The following day the race start will take place on the Monaco Grand Prix circuit. The riders will then proceed along a large portion of the circuit and its legendary sites before taking the Eastern exit out of the Principality at the Saint-Roman interchange.
After this we don’t know yet where the race will go however it is expected that it will follows it’s normal pattern of alternating between clockwise and anti-clockwise it will visit the Alpes first and then the Pyrenees before it’s Grand Finale on the Champs Elysees in Paris on the Sunday the 26th of July .
In 2009 Bikestyle Tours will again offer a variety of trips that should suit everyone’s desires.

These are our Flagship Packages and will be available to 20 people only per trip in order to maintain the quality of this special event.

A Day to Remember 2008
Would you like to experience a day on the inside of the Tour de France?
Your day will start with a visit to the Official Start Village then you will travel in an official vehicle along the route before the race and finally be taken to our exclusive Izoard Hospitality Area just near the finish line to see the finish of the race.
Follow a Rider
See the torture of the time trial first hand by following a rider in the time trial at the Tour de France.
Your day will start with access to the riders’ enclosure where all the riders will be warming up for the Time Trial, then follow the rider through the stage to the finish and finally with access to the finish area. Definitely a Day to Remember!
