As part of your 2009 Giro d�Italia tour we are offering a very special day trip to one of Italy�s biggest cyclosportif events, the Gran Fondo Nove Colli. This special package is only available as part of our Milan to Rome, or Mountains to Rome tours that cover the last half of the Giro d�Italia.
On May 24, 2009, the Gran Fondo Nove Colli will take place in Cesenatico, the home town of Marco Pantani. As part of the Bikestyle Tours group you will be given a priviledged position close to the front of the start line as is possible. This special package is available for those cyclists who will want to ride this challenging long distance one-day race.

� Round trip transportation to Cesenatico by coach from our hotel in Cesena

Cost of the package is AUD $150 which can be added either to the� Milan -Rome or Mountains – Rome Tour.

There are two options, 130km (80miles) or 200km (124miles). From our experience their is no event in Australia that compares in difficulty to the 200km Nove Colli, so do not underestimate this event. The feedback from people who have completed both events is that both are enjoyable, but the 200km is for the very fit only!

Entry requirements.
The organisers of the Gran Fondo Nove Colli 2009 require all entrants of the Nove Colli to provide the following to qualify for entry.
130 km event entrants must provide a completed and signed application form and a medical certificate from their doctor stating they are fit to enter the event.
200 km event entrants must provide a completed and signed application form and a doctors certificate stating you have had a full medical examination and are fit to ride the 200 km event.

Bikestyle will provide entry forms and further details in early 2009 after our team registration is complete.

Insurance
Please note that this event may be considered a race. With normal travel insurance you will almost certainly not be covered for accidents during this event, as most travel insurance will not provide cover during an event that is deemed to be a race. We urge you to read your travel insurance PDS or check with your insurance provider if you are unsure of your coverage.
