Your Booking

This section of our website explains the booking process and gives you access to forms that you need to submit after we confirm your booking.

Making a reservation (or Pre-Booking)

There is a simple process for making a reservation through the relevant trip page, look for the reservation section for the trip you are interested in.

You may make a direct transfer payment or pay with a credit card (please note CC transactions attract a small service fee). Your transaction will ONLY be processed when we can confirm availability on the trip you have nominated. We will confirm your reservation by email. See the reservation conditions before making your reservation.

After your booking is confirmed

Between when you make your booking and starting your trip, we will be finalising the detail of your itinerary – such as dietary requirements, preparing your trip packs, tweaking itineraries to work in with official race schedules that are only released closer to the start of the trip. For us to complete finalise itineraries, we will contact you to supply us with information using our easy to use web-forms.

The information (and link to each form) that we require from you is:

  • Clothing and Fitness information, we need to provide our suppliers with sizing information, and knowing your fitness helps us plan more suitable rides for your trip
  • Emergency Contact details (and Travel Insurance providers), we need to have your emergency contact details before the trip starts and we need to notify restaurants and hotels of any dietary or allergy requirements
  • Your Travel Details, we will monitor arrival information for guests that are in transit within 24 hours of the start of your trip.

Final Payments

You can make some adjustments to your booking through to the issue of a final invoice, about 120 days of the trip start. You may wish to add bike hire (if bikes are still available for your trip), pre-trip or post-trip accommodation (on availability), VIP access or entry to cyclo-sportive events (if applicable). You will receive a draft invoice for confirmation of a booking and for any confirmed changes to a booking. Once the final invoice is issued, you can make final payments using our final payments page.
