Giro d’Italia with Bikestyle Tours!

Our first Grand Tour trip of 2011 will be the Giro d’Italia and the trips are now selling.
We have 2 trips for 2011. The first will be Macca’s 2011 Giro d’Italia Trip and we have only a few places left.
It’s 10 years since David McKenzie’s memorable solo breakaway and 2000 Giro d’Italia stage win in Teramo. To celebrate, Macca and Bikestyle Tours have put together a very special small group tour to the 2011 Giro d’Italia including the same finish in Teramo.

The second trip will be our Giro d’Italia Trip 2011, Dolomites and Alpes to Milan.
Bikestyle Tours has been running trips to the Giro for 10 years and most times that means a trip through the Dolomites following the last stages of the Giro. 2011 will be no exception as we will see 6 stages live, starting in Milan, then to the mighty Zoncolan, through the Dolomites, Lake Como, the Museum at Ghisallo, the dirt climb of Colle delle Finestre and the Final TT in the Duomo, Milan! The best of the 2011 Giro d’Italia and the best of Italian hospitality travelling to the most scenic areas of Italy.

For those lovers of mountains we also have a series of new small group trips in June which will take in many of those famous Italian and French climbs.
The list of climbs reads like a who’s who of Giro and Tour history! The beautiful thing about these trips apart from the scenery is the time of year. June has got to be the nicest month of the year to ride in the mountains. The roads are quiet and the weather is perfect. The only missing ingredients are you and your bike!
